A late-night infiltration attempt targeting the Gudwana Enclave in the Zhob Sector was successfully thwarted by Pakistani security forces, resulting in the killing of 12 khawarij belonging to TTA.
According to sources under the cover of darkness, militants identified as TTA reportedly attempted to breach the enclave’s perimeter. However, vigilant troops detected the movement in time and responded swiftly, preventing the attackers from advancing.
Security forces launched a coordinated counter-operation, engaging the militants and forcing them to retreat. During the exchange, 12 khawarij were killed, and several militant positions were reportedly destroyed, resulting in significant losses for the attackers.
No casualties among Pakistani forces have been confirmed at this time. Authorities have reiterated their commitment to maintaining security in the region and responding decisively to any threats.
Meanwhile, a few days earlier. Pakistan security forces killed four terrorists affiliated with the BLA in Washuk, Balochistan, during a targeted operation, sources confirmed.
The terrorists, who belong to BLA-backed Fitna al Hindustan, were involved in multiple criminal activities, including dacoities, extortion and theft in the area.
The operation was carried out after receiving intelligence reports about their presence. During the encounter, an exchange of fire took place, resulting in the deaths of all four suspects.
