The statement added that a clearance operation is under way to track down more terrorists in the area.

Security forces continue to clamp down on terrorists disturbing the peace of the country. Earlier on Wednesday, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district after reports of the presence of terrorists linked to the Indian proxy network “Fitna al Hindustan.”

According to the ISPR, four terrorists were arrested while attempting to escape by disguising themselves in women’s clothing. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from their possession.

The statement said the militants were involved in multiple terror activities in the area. A sanitisation operation is under way to clear the region of any remaining threat.

The ISPR reaffirmed that Pakistan’s security forces remain committed to eliminating Indian-backed terrorism, adding that the nation’s resolve has further strengthened against such “nefarious designs.”
