Shoaib Akhtar took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the rumours, stating that all reports about his health are false. “I am completely healthy, Alhamdulillah,” he said, reassuring fans about his well-being.

He further explained that a video circulating online is three years old, dating back to his knee surgery in Melbourne. Former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar emphasised that the outdated footage has been wrongly used to create misleading narratives about his current health.
