Short of time for exercise? Here is the solution

WEB DESK: Humans have become workaholics nowadays, and most people find it difficult to find regular time for exercise.

‘Doing a little’ is more valuable than ‘doing nothing’ to stay healthy. It is generally believed that long and regular exercise is very important to stay healthy.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has also advised 150 minutes of physical activity, as it is very important for the human body and mind.

Here is the simplest and best way to tackle the problem of not finding time for exercise.

Keep in mind that 150 minutes of exercise a week is an ideal goal, which is not possible to achieve immediately.

But we can move our body muscles at short intervals, by making shifts in a busy routine, as it will be a more realistic and feasible measure.

Modern research has shown that even very short movements and postures in daily life are beneficial for the heart, mind and overall health.

One to five minutes of fast walking, climbing stairs, being a little active at home and in the office can reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and many serious diseases.
