Sindh police arrested at least 11 Afghan nationals during a major operation near the Sindh-Punjab border on Tuesday night, a private media channel reported.
According to the details shared by police officials, Ubauro Police Station conducted the key operation and apprehended 11 individuals near the Sindh-Punjab border area. After the investigation, police confirmed that the arrested suspects are from Afghanistan.
The apprehended individuals did not have a passport or any legal document, police confirmed. The authorities also said that all the Afghan nationals have been transferred to jail after the completion of legal formalities.

Sindh Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah has apologised to the Chief Minister (CM) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Sohail Afridi for any inconvenience he might have faced during his visit.
Talking to a private news channel, Nasir Shah added that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi had full protocol and was brought through safest routes with under Sindh police protection.
Nasir Hussain Shah had claimed that PTI was instructed to go to the ground, but they remained on the roads.
He added that PTI pursued the No-Objection Certificate (NOC) which was delayed for about 1-1.5 hours and they held the rally on road.
Minister Nasir Hussain Shah mentioned few statements of CM KP Sohail Afridi, including one about the President Asif Ali Zardari’s politics.
