SSP Aslam Chaudhry’s son tied the knot in Karachi.
The nikkah ceremony took place over the weekend.
In 2014, SSP Chaudhry was assassinated.
A suicide bomber smashed his vehicle into Aslam’s convoy, and he and two other policemen were killed.
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack.
Recently, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt portrayed the role of SSP Chaudhry in the movie, Dhurandhar.
The widow of the SSP said that the film depicts her late husband in an offensive and misleading manner. “Chaudhry was the brave son of a courageous mother. He alone sent numerous terrorists and criminals to hell,” she stated.
“The world knows Pakistan is peace-loving and fully capable of defending itself. After facing defeat on the battlefield, India has turned to anti-Pakistan propaganda through films – and it will fail, as always,” she said
“If the movie contains defamatory content or malicious propaganda against Shaheed Aslam, I will take legal action against its director and writer under international law”, she added.
