WEBDESK: The highly anticipated Netflix Stranger Things season 5 volume 2 is now streaming in Pakistan. The volume was set to stream on Christmas Day. However, due to time differences, it streamed a day later in Pakistan at 6 am on 26th December, 2025.
The volume will have 3 episodes. The creators, Duffer brothers and the cast have said that every episode of the final season is like a small movie.
Hence, the release is in 3 different volumes. The episode run time for volume 3 episodes is 1 hour 8 minutes for episode 5, 1 hour 15 minutes for episode 6 and 1 hour 6 minutes for episode 7.
Although these episodes are quite long, they are short compared to season 4. Season 4 had 9 episodes, and its first volume released the first seven episodes.
Those seven episodes were longer than all the 3 seasons that had come before. The 7th episode alone was 1 hour and 41 minutes long.
This difference has made the fans wonder if the plot for Stranger Things has finally run out. As most fans expected season 5 to be bigger, longer and better than season 4.
As far as Volume 1 goes, it seems the final season will not be as long as Season 4. Giving fans less time with their beloved characters.
The first volume was received well by fans and was termed equally as good as season 4, which is widely regarded as the best season.
However, whether or not Season 5 surpasses its predecessor entirely depends on the newly released Volume 2 and the upcoming Volume 3.
Nonetheless, fans are excited to see their beloved characters again. These episodes are the final moments of a widely beloved series, and the expectations are high.
The cast and the creators have consistently maintained that the ending of Stranger Things will satisfy everyone and that the final season will be the best out of the 5.
