The visit turned into a special moment for one of the employees, who said that the pop star’s act of kindness made her cry and left her with tears.
One of the female employees, named Robyn, thanked Taylor by saying that she fulfilled her need on Christmas Eve.

Suddenly, I noticed Swift approaching towards me, and she said, “Thank you so much for working on Christmas. Please take this.” After she went, I looked down to see what it was, and there was $600 in the envelope.
Furthermore, Robyn said that this unexpected interaction became one of the most meaningful moments of her year. “My whole paycheck for two weeks,” she wrote, explaining that she had just spent that same amount buying Christmas gifts for eight children.
She shared the story online and told how “beautifully kind people” both of them were.
