QUETTA: Atleast five people have been killed and 19 injured in a blast near Pashin bus stop at Zarghon Road in Quetta on Tuesday morning.
According to eyewitnesses, the magnitude of the blast was so intense that it broke the window panes of the nearby buildings.
The forces have cordoned off the site of the blast and rescue work has started. The sounds of the firing could still be heard in the area. So far five bodies have been recovered, according to rescue sources.
Emergency has been imposed in all the hospitals of Quetta. The nature of the blast is being ascertained till the filing of this report.

Meanwhile according to security sources, five terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy group Fitna al-Khawarij were killed in a car suicide attack in Quetta, along with the bomber.
Two Frontier Corps personnel sustained injuries, according to security sources.
According to sources, the attackers were wearing FC uniform and all of them have been killed
