The President of the United States (US), Donald Trump, has shared the tweet by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, on his Truth Social account on Tuesday, where the PM said that the country is ready to host and facilitate the US Iran talks.

Previously, US President Donald Trump claimed that Iran wants to make a deal and the two countries have “major points of agreement”, as he ordered the military to suspend strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for five days, Al Jazeera reports.
However, Iran has denied that any discussions with the US have taken place.
Pakistan ready to host, facilitate US Iran talks: PM Shehbaz Sharif
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, took to the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to announce that the country is ready to host and facilitate the talks between the United States (US) and Iran.
In the tweet, the Prime Minister stated that Pakistan welcomes and fully supports ongoing efforts to pursue dialogue to end the WAR in the Middle East.
‘In the interest of peace and stability in the region and beyond,’ he added.
The prime minister further added, “Subject to concurrence by the US and Iran, Pakistan stands ready and honoured to be the host to facilitate meaningful and conclusive talks for a comprehensive settlement of the ongoing conflict.”

Islamabad prepared to host US Iran talks: FO Tahir Andrabi
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Tahir Andrabi, also on Tuesday, stated that Islamabad is ready to host negotiations between the US and Iran amid the ongoing regional conflict.
Foreign Office spokesperson Andrabi further said that Pakistan is willing to host talks between the US and Iran if all parties agree.
While addressing the CNN, the FO spokesperson reinstated Pakistan’s commitment to regional peace and stability.
