Two apples and a hand wash stolen from judge's chambers

LAHORE: Punjab police is on its toes over the “great heist” of  two apples and a hand wash from the chamber of a judge.

Ironically, the police has not only registered a case of this trivial theft but have also launched an investigation in to the incident

According to the FIR registered at the Islampura police station, two apples and a handwash have gone missing from the chamber of Additional Session judge Noor Mohammad Bismil.

Police has started interrogations over the this “serious” nature of crime.

It is interesting that police are hesitant to register cases of crimes of the general public and they have to repeatedly make visits to the police station to get their complaints registered.

But missing apples and hand wash have turned into such an “important national asset” that its FIR gets registered within minutes and pushing the police into action.
