Nine Khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij were killed in two clashes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, says Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
On the reported presence of Khwarij, an intelligence-based operation was conducted by the Security Forces in Dera Ismail Khan District. During the conduct of the operation, troops effectively engaged the khwarij location, and after an intense fire exchange, four khwarij were sent to hell.
Another intelligence-based operation was conducted in Bannu District. In the ensuing fire exchange, five more khwarij were effectively neutralised by the security forces.
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed Indian sponsored khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the Security Forces, Law Enforcement agencies, and the target killing of innocent civilians.
A few days ago, at least four terrorists were gunned down as security forces thwarted an attack carried out by Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district.
As per details, the Khawarij were shot dead during the clearance operation, whereas the surrounding areas are now being checked for Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
According to sources, one of the “suicide bombers” drove the explosives-laden vehicle into a wall of the Boya fort early Friday morning.
Sources said that at least four to five Khawarij attempted to enter the fort following the suicide blast, but a timely response from security forces thwarted the attempt, killing three terrorists on the spot.
