The US has begun a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. According to the media reports, the US Navy is ensuring the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. The US President Donald Trump had earlier announced that the US Navy would completely block the Strait of Hormuz.

Donald Trump announced to block the Strait after the peace talks between the US and Iran failed to reach any agreement in Islamabad.

Speaking to the media, President Trump made it clear that Iran has not fulfilled its promise to the international community, so starting today, the Strait of Hormuz will be closed so that Iran cannot sell its oil.

President Trump said that any ship that pays a toll to Iran will not be provided safe passage.

On the other hand, the UK Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, announced that Britain would not join the Iran war, and he clarified that Britain will not support any entity in blocking the Strait of Hormuz.
