Good news for the public as possession of plots in the Federal Capital Sector C-14 will commence soon and plot and street number signboards will be installed for the convenience of plot owners. Moreover, information for all plots in Sector C-14 will soon be available on the e-map.
This was disclosed during a meeting chaired by CDA Chairman and Chief Commissioner of Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, which reviewed the progress of development work in the new sectors.
During the briefing on Sector I-12, it was reported that almost all residential and commercial plots are in the final stages of development. Chairman Randhawa emphasised that all basic infrastructure, including e-maps, signboards, and streetlights, must be fully in place in Sector I-12.
The meeting also reviewed development progress in Sector E-12. Sub-sectors 1 and 2 are nearing completion, Sub-sector 3 is currently under development, and tenders for Sub-sector 4 will be issued soon once existing obstacles are cleared. Chairman Randhawa directed that possession of developed plots in Sector E-12 be expedited and stressed the complete removal of illegal constructions and encroachments.
