A young girl in Islamabad stopped religious scholar Mufti Qavi from chanting pro-Imran Khan slogans publicly. According to Mufti Qavi, Imran Khan is losing popularity among young people.
Mufti Qavi also said that a group of young people started chanting slogans for Prime Minister Shebaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and stopped me from chanting Pro Khan slogans.
It clearly shows that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir are more popular among Pakistan’s youth right now.
Mufti Qavi, in an interview, said while recalling this event that after witnessing the aggressive behaviour from the youth, I chanted, “Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir Zindabad.”
Why are PM Shehbaz and Field Marshal Asim Munir getting popular?
After the India-Pakistan May war last year, in which Pakistan shot down India’s 8 fighter jets, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir started getting popularity among the youth of Pakistan.
On the other hand, Pakistani people are now happy with the current civil and military leadership because Pakistan emerges as a key mediator to end the war between the US and Iran.

It is important to mention that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir played an important role in ending the war between the US and Iran.
Earlier, Pakistan hosted peace talks between the US and Iran in Islamabad. However, the talks ended with no agreement between the US and Iran. Pakistan’s civil and military leadership is now making efforts again for the peace talks round 2.
Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, is currently in Pakistan and will leave for Moscow in a few hours.
