In the fresh retaliatory attacks by Iran, 10 Israeli and three American soldiers have been killed. After the martyrdom of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Syed Ayatollah Khamenei, the country targeted the American ship USS Abraham Lincoln with missiles.
According to the international media outlet, the US Central Command also confirmed the deaths of three military soldiers. The US Central Command also said that the three military officials are critically injured.
As per the issued statement, several American soldiers sustained minor injuries due to a missile attack on the ship.
The US also said that the large-scale combat operations are still going, and the response is not over yet.
The statement further stated that the situation is constantly changing, so out of respect for the families, we are not disclosing additional information or the identities of the fallen fighters. These details will be released 24 hours after the relatives are notified.
US Central Command wrote on X, “TAMPA, Fla. – As of 9:30 am ET, March 1, three U.S. service members have been killed in action, and five are seriously wounded as part of Operation Epic Fury. Several others sustained minor shrapnel injuries and concussions — and are in the process of being returned to duty. Major combat operations continue, and our response effort is ongoing. The situation is fluid, so out of respect for the families, we will withhold additional information, including the identities of our fallen warriors, until 24 hours after next of kin have been notified.”
However, Iran confirmed the deaths of 10 Israeli and three American soldiers.
