NADRA is hiring five Intelligence Officers, with four posts in Islamabad and one in Faisalabad.
Who can apply and where the jobs are based
The National Database and Registration Authority announced openings under its service regulations.
- The intake includes four positions for the Rawalpindi and Islamabad region with duty station in Islamabad, and one position for the Sargodha region with duty station in Faisalabad.
- Applicants must be at most 52 years of age and hold at least a Matric qualification.
- Candidates must also have completed a three month Intelligence Course from SMI, DSNI and A, SOI, Naval Intelligence, or the IB Academy.
- NADRA will prefer applicants who bring relevant intelligence experience and service in an intelligence setup.
Application process, documents, and selection protocol
Candidates must submit a clear CV and a scanned copy of the Intelligence Course report with the online form.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
- Original documents will be verified at the interview stage, followed by medical fitness and character certificates after selection.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel and present a No Objection Certificate at joining.
- NADRA will not pay travel or daily allowances for tests and interviews.
- Mobile phones and smart watches are not permitted during assessments.
Employment terms and deadline for online applications
- Selected candidates will undergo a six month probation that can be extended based on performance.
- Management may accept or reject applications and can post selected staff anywhere in Pakistan.
- Women, minorities, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
- The last date to apply online at careers.nadra.gov.pk is 12 October 2025.
- The HR Directorate at NADRA Headquarters in Islamabad issued the notice and has provided a QR code in the advertisement for quick access to the portal.
