Eight Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers have been arrested for removing road barriers from Attock Bridge while making videos for TikTok.
The individuals were seen removing the barriers and recording the act on their mobile phones just to create social media content.
According to sources, Punjab Police arrested all eight individuals involved in the incident. They remain in police custody.
After their arrest, the workers recorded apology videos and urged others to refrain from such actions.

Videos showing the removal of the barriers went viral on social media on Friday, drawing criticism over the damage to security arrangements at the bridge.
The barriers were installed as part of security measures to restrict movement ahead of PTI’s planned protest and long march.
The PTI protest is now scheduled for October 5. According to KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, the protest march will begin from Peshawar on October 4.
The Attock Bridge is located over the Indus River, connecting Attock Khurd in Punjab with Khairabad Kund in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bridge spans the Indus River and serves as an important crossing between the two provinces.
