The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has shared its latest weather forecast for the next 24 hours, predicting mainly dry and hot weather across most parts of the country, with a chance of light rain and thunderstorms in isolated areas of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Islamabad and Punjab
Dry weather is expected in Islamabad and surrounding areas during the next 24 hours, while daytime temperatures are likely to remain hot.
Most districts of Punjab are also expected to experience dry weather, with hot conditions during the day.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Most plain districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to remain dry and hot during the daytime.
However, partly cloudy weather is expected in the upper districts during the afternoon.
Sindh and Balochistan
Dry and hot weather is expected in Karachi and most districts of Sindh.
Similarly, most districts of Balochistan are likely to experience dry weather, with hot conditions during the daytime.
Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir
Partly cloudy weather is expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, where light rain and thunderstorms may occur at isolated places.
In Kashmir, partly cloudy to dry weather is expected during the next 24 hours.
