Applications for tickets to the 2027 Cricket World Cup have crossed one million within just three days, highlighting the massive interest in the tournament.
According to the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan-India clash has attracted the highest demand among the World Cup matches.
The ICC said 110,000 applications have already been received for the Pakistan-India match, which is scheduled to be played in Johannesburg on October 10 next year.
The Super Six-stage Pakistan-India match has also generated significant interest, with 78,000 ticket applications submitted so far, according to the ICC.
Meanwhile, the World Cup final has attracted 69,000 applications for tickets.
The figures reflect the strong anticipation surrounding the 2027 World Cup, particularly for matches involving arch-rivals Pakistan and India.
