No one can meet PTI founder before Feb 8, says Tariq Fazal Chaudhary

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry announced that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan will meet no one until February 8, 2026.

While speaking to a private media channel, Tariq Fazal said that the Federal Government has banned the PTI founder from meeting anyone.

This step was taken due to recent violations of prison rules by Khan’s sisters.

Moreover, the Minister clearly confirms that the Federal Government has no interest in replacing the Chief Minister of KP.

He also said that we want him to continue working in his office.

By adding to this, Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar said that the ban came into force because of prison rules. According to them, no one is allowed to talk about politics within the jail premises.

In response, PTI Senator Barrister Ali Zafar claimed that neither any international law nor Pakistan’s Constitution and other laws permit the solitary confinement of anyone.
