ISLAMABAD: The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will visit Pakistan today at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The centre of the visit is to discuss bilateral trade, energy cooperation, and several large-scale investment projects.
It will be an official visit in which the UAE President will meet President Asif Ali Zardari and PM Shehbaz Sharif this afternoon.
Both of the leaders will finalise various agreements which will help in increasing the economy of the states.
Islamabad at High Alert
By keeping in view the security conditions, a vacation has been announced in Islamabad.
This step was taken to ensure the smooth and secure visit of the guest.
The main roads of the city are decorated with flags of both countries. It represents a long-lasting and friendly relationship between the two states.
A special guard of honour will be presented upon the arrival of the guest.
Moreover, the Foreign Office mentioned that this visit will be a great opportunity to further strengthen the brotherly relations between each other.
Furthermore, this high-level trip is expected to provide working opportunities for the labour and open new doors for Pakistani businesses.
This diplomatic visit is of great importance as it will encompass regional stability. And will guarantee a great future for all citizens.
