Punjab government to introduce Korean language course in every division

Punjab education minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has announced that the government is going to introduce Korean language courses in all divisions of Punjab. He urged students to enrol in the Korean course, as it would help them study and work in Korea in the future.

The minister confirmed that the Punjab government, in collaboration with Tongwon University, has started this initiative of a Korean language course.

Rana Sikandar Hayat said that almost 80 Pakistani students are going to Korea this month for studies because they passed the Korean language test. The minister said that we started this program at the direction of the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz.

Rana Sikandar Hayat, in his video message, said to students, “We are here to help you become a global certified individual who has a hundred per cent employability.”

Punjab education minister, Rana Sikandar Hayat, has announced on X that the CM Punjab laptop portal is currently open for students from government and private institutions.

The minister wrote on X, “The laptop portal has been opened; all eligible students from public and private universities can apply.” He also wrote that students with 65% marks or above can apply for the laptop.

Rana Sikandar Hayat confirmed that the last date to apply on the CM Punjab laptop portal is February 15, 2025.

The minister also posted the link to the laptop portal in his tweet.
