NADRA

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that Pakistani citizens can now easily file complaints and track their applications online.

The authority shared the update on X (formerly Twitter), saying its complaint services are available around the clock. Mobile users can contact NADRA at +92 511 11786100 or through the helpline 1777. Once a complaint is registered, citizens receive an SMS confirmation.

NADRA now online

NADRA has announced that its services are easily accessible as it introduced online services. Through the PakID mobile app, users can apply for identity card modifications, renewals, and other facilities from home.

The move aims to make the process more convenient, reducing the need to visit NADRA centres physically. “Submit your application today through the PakID mobile app and receive your ID card at home or at the nearest NADRA centre,” the authority said, highlighting the simplified process.

How Can You Track Your Application on the PakID App?

NADRA has made it easier to track applications. Users can enter the tracking ID and code from their receipt in the tracking tab on the PakID app to check the status of their application instantly.

Mobile users also have the option to call 1777 or send their tracking ID to 8400 to receive updates on their application. These tools are designed to provide transparency and allow citizens to monitor their requests without repeated visits to offices.

With these updates, NADRA has expanded digital access to its services, allowing Pakistani citizens to apply, monitor, and receive their identity documents more efficiently. The authority encourages users to take advantage of these online facilities and avoid unnecessary delays at physical offices.
