The meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee for sighting the moon will be held tomorrow, February 18, in Peshawar. Chairman of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, will head the meeting, and he will officially announce the moon sighting. At the same time, people in Pakistan are curious about the weather during the holy month of Ramazan.

According to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), the weather in the holy month of Ramazan will be pleasant across Pakistan. The authority also confirmed that the temperature will rise in the daytime; however, the nights will be cooler comparatively.

In the first 10 days of Ramazan, the weather will be dry in several parts of the country, but there is a chance of rain in northern and western areas of the country, the authority confirmed. At the same time, NDMA also said that the nights will be cold in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Gilgit Baltistan (GB), and Northern Balochistan.

Weather in the 2nd Ashra of Ramazan

In the 2nd Ashra of Ramazan, the weather will be a little hotter as there is a chance of rain in northern areas, central Punjab and some areas of the Pothohar region. The NDMA officials also said that there is a possibility of rain with strong winds and thunderstorms in some areas.

Weather in the 3rd Ashra of Ramazan

According to the review of NDMA, there is a possibility of rain in some parts of the country during the last 10 days of Ramazan. There are high chances of rain in northern Pakistan and central Punjab. On the other hand, the heat wave will continue in South Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan in the last Ashra of Ramazan.
