A new controversy has emerged after Dr Nabiha Ali Khan accused her husband, Haris Khokhar, of mental torture and humiliation.
In Fiza Ali’s recent Ramzan transmission, she invited Dr Nabiha Ali Khan, who spoke about her currently deteriorating marriage.
She accused her husband of torturing her after he listened to his parents.
Appearing on a Ramadan transmission, “Noor e Ramzan,” she said that marrying social media influencer Haris Khokhar was the biggest mistake of her life.

She claimed that within two months of marriage, she faced severe mental torture, accusations, restrictions, and humiliation.
According to Nabiha, her husband admitted that he married her for fame and not for love.
She said he wanted to defame her later by saying that Dr Nabiha Ali Khan could not manage a home.
Speaking emotionally during the program, she said her life became painful after marriage. She said she was not allowed to close her bedroom door.
She was not allowed to sit and eat peacefully with her husband. She said she was doubted over small matters and was insulted. Serious allegations were made against her.
She said the person with whom she once shared meals later treated her in a way that made her life miserable.
Talking about it, Dr Nabiha Ali Khan said, “Currently, my relationship isn’t broken, but it is on the verge of collapse. I don’t want it to end, but if it does, it will be because of the people sitting at home. If they already had someone in mind, why did they marry me?”
Further, she added, “Why was I brought into the picture? Such men should stand with their wives, not their parents. Instead of forming alliances with parents, they should prioritise their marriage. Whenever his sister comes over, he starts fighting with me. I have always served his parents and have been working in their house day and night because I want to build my own home.”
Dr Nabiha accuses mother in law
She also said her mother in law’s behavior added to her problems. She claimed her husband supported his mother in every matter and left her alone.
Dr Nabiha said she tried her best to save her marriage. She cooked food, washed dishes, cleaned the house, and fulfilled her responsibilities.
Despite this, she said she was not given respect and was eventually thrown out of the house.
She further claimed that her husband and in laws gave her mental stress and threats. She said she felt her life was in danger.
She said she suffered from depression and loneliness. Due to constant stress her health was affected. She experienced headaches and restlessness.
‘Suspicion, blame, and humiliation’
Dr Nabiha said her husband treated her like an object and not like a wife. She said he used her name and then left her without care.
She alleged that his behaviour was based on suspicion, blame, and humiliation, which destroyed their home.
She said no woman wants to break her home by choice. She said situations force a woman to reach a point where she can no longer tolerate injustice.
During the show, host Fiza Ali became emotional and hugged her to offer support.
Nabiha said she will no longer remain silent or tolerate oppression. She announced that she will expose Haris Khokhar so that no other woman faces the same pain and deception.
She said she will take a strong decision because her respect, peace of mind, and safety are most important.
Psychologist and scholar Dr Kashif Faraz said people should stand with Nabiha Ali Khan to help save her home. The matter has gone viral on social media and many users are reacting strongly.
This marriage was once seen as ideal but has now ended in a painful way. It has become a bitter reality for many followers.
It is also noted that videos of Nabiha with her husband are still available on her Facebook page. These videos were uploaded recently and show them appearing happy.
