Pakistan’s security forces have launched effective ground and air operations against Afghan Taliban elements and militant groups, security sources said.
According to sources a major aerial strike destroyed an ammunition depot and drone storage facility in Jalalabad. The action was carried out in response to unprovoked aggression by the Afghan Taliban.
Security officials stated that Pakistani forces inflicted heavy losses on hostile elements through what they described as precise and decisive retaliatory strikes.
In another development, Pakistani forces destroyed the Khogani base in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province during a successful air operation.
Sources added that both ground and air operations under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq are ongoing and will continue until operational objectives are achieved.
Security forces remain determined to respond firmly to any aggression officials said adding that militant groups are facing setbacks on multiple fronts following the operation.
