A ceremony to provide free pink electric scooters to women will be held on March 8, on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

On 8 March, a ceremony will be held to give free Pink Electric Scooters to women. This initiative is part of the Sindh government’s plan to provide safe, empowering, and eco friendly travel options for women.

Provincial Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said selected women will receive electric scooters under the program. This is expected to make daily travel easier and safer for women.

He added that the program does not only provide scooters. Women will also receive training in road safety and how to ride the scooters.

Sharjeel Inam Memon said the purpose of the program is to empower women and make their travel easier.

He said the scooters will help women safely reach schools, offices, and other places while increasing their independence.

The minister also said the project will support eco-friendly transport. Using electric scooters will help reduce air pollution.

He added that the Sindh government is working on various projects to improve women’s welfare and provide better facilities.

The minister said the government is committed to introducing more initiatives in the future to give women more facilities and strengthen them socially and economically.

Update on Nigahban Ramzan Cards

The Punjab government says that it has distributed more than 2.5 million Nigahban Ramzan Cards during the holy month of Ramzan.

Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari made the announcement during a joint press conference with Local Government Minister Zeeshan Rafiq.

She said that the government is taking major steps to provide relief to the public during Ramzan.

Information Minister Azma Bukhari said a total of 2,503,897 Nigahban Ramzan Cards have been distributed so far.

She added that more than 2.1 million card holders have already withdrawn their funds. According to her, the program was launched to provide financial support to deserving families during Ramzan.
