The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has issued a warning to citizens about the fake website, which is pretending to be its portal and trying to cheat people online.
According to Nadra, the fake website is copying Nadra’s official visa portal and can be reached at: https: //www.visa.nadragov.online. However, the authorities confirmed that the organisation has no link with the mentioned website. The authorities also said that the hackers were using the mentioned website to steal the personal information of Pakistani citizens.

Nadra authorities advised citizens not to open the fake website and to avoid putting any personal or financial information in the given portal on the fake website. On the other hand, the authorities confirmed that the official website of the Nadra is https://visa.nadra.gov.pk. At the same time, the officials from Nadra urged citizens to use the real website to avoid any inconvenience.
National Cyber Emergency Response Team advisory
Similarly, the National Cyber Emergency Response Team (NCERT) issued an advisory which confirms that nine Nadra-related fake websites have been blocked. The issued statement by NCERT confirmed that through the fake websites, the personal and financial information of the citizens was being stolen.

The National Cyber Emergency Response Team also advised citizens to avoid using Nadra’s fake website to save their personal and financial information. In the statement issued by NCERT, it was also mentioned that citizens should not open random links online.
The advisory also confirmed that NCERT and Nadra are actively monitoring the illegal cyber activities.
