Today at Gaddafi stadium two teams moving in completely different directions will meet as Rawalpindiz and Islamabad United meet each other in a crucial PSL 2026 clash.
Currently it looks like that Islamabad is finally settling after a shaky start. They dominated Quetta Gladiators in their previous match and secured and 8 wicket win on April 2.
This has lifted their net run rate to a very positive territory.
Islamabad United has finally gained momentum and confidence. It has also become evident from their recent performance that they are peaking at the right time.
Islamabad is led from the front by Shadab Khan with both ball and bat, while United was given an all-round balance by Salman Irshad who emerged as a key wicket taking option.
