The 18th match of Pakistan Super League 11th Edition will take place today at National stadium Karachi between Rawalpindiz and Quetta Gladiators. Batting friendly conditions are expected at the National Stadium, Karachi.

The venue has a history of producing high and competitive totals. The average score in the first innings is 173 and in the second innings is 165.

Rawalpindiz currently are languishing at the bottom of the points table. They have been defeated four times consecutively. Hence, they will be heading into this match under pressure.

In their struggles, Sam Billings is the only silver lining. He has been their standout performer with the bat. He has been able to score 139 runs so far. Their bowling attack is led by Mohammad Amir who has taken five wickets.

In their previous match, Rawalpindiz was able to score a decent 182 at the loss of 8 wickets against Multan Sultans. It was all thanks to Billings unbeaten 56.

During this match their bowling unit failed to defend the total as Multan Sultans chased it down in the 17th over comfortably. Sahibzada Farhan and Josh Phillipe gave very strong performances.

On the points table, Quetta Gladiators is placed at the sixth position. It only has one win in four matches. They will also be looking to bounce back after a six wicket defeat from Multan Sultans.

Their top run scorer is Hasan Nawaz, and he has scored about 158 runs. Their bowling efforts are being led by Abrar Ahmed who has taken six wickets.

Both of the teams are very eager to revive their almost dead campaigns. The chances of Quetta Gladiators are slightly more going into the clash considering they have given more balanced performances.
