Web desk: Café Juliet, a popular speciality coffee spot in Dubai, has announced that it will offer the world’s most expensive coffee, ‘Nido 7 Geisha’, from November 1, 2025.
The coffee will cost 3,600 dirhams per cup, approximately 275,000 Pakistani rupees. It will be sold over a short period, making its introduction in the UAE.
Nido 7 Geisha was first published in Panama, where the world took notice in August 2025, at the highly-regarded coffee competition, Best of Panama.
The coffee achieved a record-breaking 98 points, surpassing the previous world record of 96.5 points.
Among 22 international judges, six gave it a perfect score of 100/100, making it the highest-rated coffee in the world.
The supply of this rare coffee is limited to 20 kilograms in the world, producing stiff competition among other major coffee roasters.
World’s Most Expensive Coffee
Café Juliet has won the entire lot with a record bid of 2.218 million dirhams or about 640,000 US dollars. This is becoming a new standard in the history of coffee auctions.
Each cup of Nido 7 Geisha promises a unique experience.
The coffee is cultivated in the microclimates of Panama. These are at high altitude, which brings its unique floral aroma, acidity, and depth of flavours.
Another event that will occur in Café Juliet is the special tasting session. In it, one or four guests will have an opportunity to know the process by which the coffee reaches the cup.
The session will also entail an insight into the sensitive roasting procedure. The careful brewing methods and the art of serving each cup.
The café emphasises that this is not just a drink but a rare and luxurious experience. Media sources describe Nido 7 Geisha as a “masterpiece of nature and art.” That leaves a lasting impression on anyone who tastes it.
