Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has praised Pakistan for its diplomatic role in efforts to secure a ceasefire and help end the ongoing conflict involving Iran.

In a statement, Araghchi acknowledged Pakistan’s continued efforts to facilitate dialogue between the relevant parties and its willingness to host negotiations aimed at de-escalating tensions and moving toward peace.

He said Pakistan’s role as a mediator has been significant in supporting regional stability and encouraging diplomatic engagement at a critical time. It is worth mentioning here that Pakistan has been actively engaged in diplomatic outreach as part of broader regional attempts to support a ceasefire and reduce tensions in the conflict involving Iran.
