The Chief Minister (CM) of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has started a new program called “e-Learn She Earn” to help women in Punjab earn money through online work and digital jobs.

The program has a budget of Rs700 million. According to the details, the program will help reduce the digital gap by teaching women useful digital skills.
These skills will allow women to work from home and earn income through online platforms. The initiative is being run by the Punjab Skills Development Fund and the Women Development Department of Punjab.
According to the details, thousands of women are expected to benefit from this program.
Free laptops, monthly stipend for women
Under this project, selected women will be given three months of free online training. These will include skills in digital marketing and e-commerce, online product sales and brand management, graphic design, and visual storytelling through creative tools.
In addition to this, professional training in virtual assistants, i.e. providing administrative support to international clients, and online customer relationship management will be provided as well.
Free laptops, monthly stipends, internet facilities and professional certificates will also be provided to these women to help overcome the financial and technical barriers faced by them during the training.

Eligibility
- The candidate should be female.
- They should be between 15 and 35 years of age.
- They should be permanent resident of Punjab.
- They should be at least Matric or its equivalent.
- No prior experience needed
- You can apply if you are a student, unemployed individual, or homemaker.
The step is especially useful for women in rural and underdeveloped areas.
How to apply
Interested candidates can register online through the Punjab Information Technology Board portal eearn.pitb.gov.pk or the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) website.
The next step will be to verify your mobile number. Then you can select your preferred course and upload the required documents. Shortlisted candidates will get confirmation through SMS or portal notification.
Selection will be made on the basis of merit and an aptitude test.
