The actress recently posted a picture on her official Instagram account of her boldly sporting a short haircut with a high-collar outfit.
Sajal put the “caption” as “11:11 Hi” and then tagged her sister Saboor Aly.
Later, she posted a mirror selfie with no make up on her face on her Instagram story, providing followers with a more natural perspective into her new look.
In no time at all, the pictures swept the social media, fans flocking to the comments section to voice their thoughts.
Several hailed the actress for her bold approach to fashion while others were caught off-guard and became emotional in the face of the sudden change.
Some of the users wished that the new look would be a one-time thing.
One fan, @the_chaotic_girl, said: “I hope it’s a wig 😭,” and another user, @sadde16, posted: “OMGGGGGGGGGG 😳😳😳 IS THIS FOR REAL…BUT UR ON FIRE 🔥🤩.” The same fan subsequently told commented that it was still their hope that it was only a wig.
