Government never contacted PTI says Talal Chaudhry

Minister of State, Talal Chaudhry, said that the government has never contacted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the private media outlet reported on Tuesday.

Talal Chaudhry also said that all the claims of PTI leader Aleema Khan are false.

Minister of State said that the interior ministry didn’t offer any deal to PTI, and all the claims Aleema Khan made regarding the offer from the interior ministry are completely false.

Talal Chaudhry wrote on X, “Aleema Khan mixes her brother’s health, legal cases and politics together. The public understands very well what the purpose of this is.
As for the claim that the interior minister made any kind of offer, it is completely false. The government has never approached the PTI. In fact, it was always the PTI that initiated contact, and the government’s position remained the same each time: meetings in prison would only be allowed in accordance with the law and prison rules.

The question is: why does Aleema Khan herself not want the PTI founder’s other sisters and family members to be allowed to meet him? What is the reason for this?”
