Major development in Pinky’s case

A local court in Karachi has extended the physical remand of alleged “cocaine queen” Anmol, also known as Pinky, for another four days.

The court heard the case at the Judicial Complex and also approved remand in drug-related cases until May 22.

The judicial magistrate announced the reserved verdict on the police request seeking an extension in the accused’s physical remand.

Earlier, police requested more custody of the accused for further investigation in narcotics-related cases.

Police arrested Anmol alias Pinky last week from her apartment in Karachi in two separate cases involving possession of drugs and an unlicensed weapon.

Reports say that she was already facing several criminal cases before her arrest in the drug case, bringing the total number of cases against her to at least 15.

After completing her two-day physical remand in a murder case, authorities produced her before a judicial magistrate in South Karachi at the Judicial Complex located inside Central Jail.

In the latest reports regarding the ongoing drug case investigations, details have emerged about the personal flat of alleged “drug queen” Anmol alias Pinky, whose apartment is said to be worth around Rs2 to 2.5 million.

According to the reports, investigation agencies have made important discoveries in the case related to the recovery of cocaine from the flat of Anmol alias Pinky. Anmol Pinky has been accused of running an inter-provincial drug network in Karachi.

Pinky Anmol flat raided

Police had raided her flat located in A-One Flats on Abul Hasan Isphahani Road and recovered cocaine from the apartment.

Investigators said the flat belonged to Pinky herself and was worth around Rs20 to 25 lakh, according to the reports.
