The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released details regarding the elimination of India-backed terrorists in a recent security operation.

According to a statement, it said, “Following intense fierce exchanges of fire, in the last seventy two hours, twenty-seven Khawarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Khawarij have been sent to hell, while adding that Security Forces engaged multiple Khawarij’s locations in the general area Miran Shah, North Waziristan District.”

“Weapons and ammunition have also been recovered from killed Indian sponsored Khawarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities and target killing of innocent civilians. By neutralising this group of killed Khawarij, the heinous act of target killing of prominent figure Shaheed Malik Saifullah Dawar in Miranshah has been avenged, and perpetrators have been brought to justice.”

ISPR added: “Sanitisation operations continue to eliminate holed up Khawarij from these areas, as the relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.”

Earlier, security forces killed six terrorists in an Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in Balochistan’s Panjgur district.

ISPR said that on the night of June 3–4, security forces conducted an IBO based on reports of the presence of India-backed terrorists.
