The president of the United States (US), Donald Trump, has said on Monday that ships loaded with oil have started to move out of the Strait of Hormuz.
Taking to the social media platform Truth Social, the US president said that, “Ships are starting to move, many loaded up with Oil, out of the Strait of Hormuz.”
The president further added, “They are going along the Southern “Highway,” which is totally safe, secure, and pristine. There are other areas of travel, also!!!”
World leaders welcomed a new ceasefire agreement and a diplomatic plan to end the months long war between the US and Iran. The much awaited US Iran agreement will be hosted by Pakistan in Geneva.
Before this, the US president said that, “The Deal with Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete. Congratulations to all!”

Pakistan will host signing of US–Iran agreement
The Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, while addressing the national assembly, announced that Pakistan will be hosting the signing of the US-Iran agreement. The agreement will take place in Geneva.
During his speech, he said, “On this historic day, my speech would be incomplete without mentioning Pakistan’s great and brave son, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. He devoted his days and nights to extinguishing the flames of war and remained awake day and night throughout this entire period.”
The PM further said that after the dark night of war, the sun of peace has risen.
PM further said that Pakistan will host the peace agreement ceremony between the United States and Iran to be held in Geneva. He also congratulated Pakistan as well as the entire international community on this.
According to the latest reports, the US and Iran have announced a permanent end to military actions on all fronts. The parties, in difficult circumstances, did not abandon patience, tolerance, and wisdom.
British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott also expressed her appreciation for Pakistan’s efforts for peace in the US-Iran negotiations and talks.
On X, Marriott expressed her gratitude to Pakistan, stating, “Many congratulations and thanks to Pakistan for the consistent, patient and impressive role it has played in bringing peace. Bahot shukriya, Pakistan!”
