Ministry of Defence announces latest internships, June update

The Ministry of Defence has announced new internship opportunities under the National Development Internship Program for its project Quantum Valley Pakistan (Phase I).

Applications have been invited from eligible candidates for various Development Fellow positions in multiple disciplines.

The available positions include Development Fellow IT & Networks, Website Developer, Graphics Designer, Social Media Marketing/Video Editor, HR, Admin, Finance, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, GIS, and Mechatronics Engineering.

According to the advertisement, a total of 15 positions are available. Candidates holding Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MS degrees in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs40,000 during the internship period. The maximum age limit is 30 years, with no age relaxation.

Interested applicants can submit their applications online through the official website www.njp.gov.pk within 20 days of the publication of the advertisement.

The internship will be offered on a contract basis for one year, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview. No TA or DA will be admissible for the recruitment process.

The Punjab government has announced 1,400 internship opportunities under the Chief Minister Internship Program in partnership with Rescue 1122, according to reports on Friday.

The program is expected to provide practical training to young healthcare professionals in emergency response and public safety services.

Punjab Rescue 1122 internships: eligibility

According to the official advertisement for the CM internship Program, candidates with qualifications in Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, or Allied Health Sciences can apply.

Applicants must hold a diploma or degree from a recognised board, council, or university and have secured at least a second division.

The program is open only to Punjab domicile holders between the ages of 18 and 30.

Officials said the initiative will give participants hands-on experience in emergency medical care and rescue operations.
