An online application inquiry feature has been introduced for the registered Hajj 2027 applicants, the private media outlet reported on Monday.
According to the details, the registered Hajj applicants can now check the application status by sitting at home. The new digital system will help Hajj applicants registered for 2027-2030 to check their application updates online.
The National Information Board (NIB) has introduced this new digital feature to make the Hajj application process simple and transparent.
After this new digital facility, the registered applicants don’t need to submit any manual applications for information; rather, they can check their application status and updates online from home.
The officials of the Ministry of Religious Affairs said that the new digital feature is for the facilitation of Hajj applicants, adding that the applicants will not only be able to check their application status but also get any information regarding Hajj.
The government expects that this new, modern feature will make the entire registration process highly efficient, simple, and user-friendly for thousands of Hajj pilgrims, enabling even those living in remote areas to monitor their Hajj status without any hassle via their mobile phones or computers.

Earlier, the number of pilgrims registering for Hajj 2027 had surpassed 51,000 within just two days of the online registration process opening.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, 46,000 applicants have registered via the official online portal, while 5,000 have used the Pak Hajj mobile application.
Of the total registrations, 41,000 applicants have opted for the government Hajj scheme, while 10,000 have registered under the private Hajj scheme, the ministry added.
