The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) has invited applications for 1,010 vacancies for the post of Sergeant (BS-07) under its latest recruitment drive.
According to the advertisement, candidates must have Intermediate education from a recognised Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Selected candidates will undergo mandatory training, and those who fail to complete the training successfully will not be allowed to continue in service.
Applicants must be 18 to 26 years of age and meet the prescribed physical standards. For male candidates, the maximum BMI is 27, minimum height is 173 cm, and they must complete a one-mile run in seven minutes. Female candidates must have a maximum BMI of 27, a minimum height of 162 cm, and complete a one-mile run in 11 minutes.
The vacancies have been allocated across several districts, including Lahore (300), Rawalpindi (150), Bahawalpur (90), Multan (90), Faisalabad (90), Gujranwala (90), Sahiwal (50), Sargodha (50), Dera Ghazi Khan (50) and Gujrat (50).
The advertisement states that candidates must hold Punjab domicile, while postings can be made anywhere in Punjab, with preference given to the concerned district where possible.
Pakistan Army announces Captain level jobs: apply online
The Pakistan Army has also announced recruitment for Aeronautical Engineers through the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) for the rank of captain.
How to apply
According to the Pakistan Army, online registration has started on the official Join Pakistan Army website and will continue until July 12.
According to the details, the recruitment is being carried out for the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME).
Eligibility
Engineers from several fields are eligible to apply. These include Aviation or Avionics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
The online registration process began on June 22, 2026. Interested candidates have to submit their applications before July 12, 2026.
Eligible applicants can visit the official Pakistan Army website and fill out the online application form to apply for Army jobs 2026.
Candidates who do not have internet access can also complete their registration at Army Selection. And at Recruitment Centres (AS&RCs) that are located in different cities across the country.
These centres are available in Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan and Faisalabad, among other cities.
ICT police jobs 2026
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police has announced new civil and uniform job opportunities for Pakistanis in 2026.
Both men and women can apply for 124 civil staff posts and 1,588 uniform posts under the federal quota system.
The department said that the recruitment process will be carried out on merit. Additionally, the applications will only be accepted online.
A total of 124 civil vacancies have been announced in six different categories.
These include 20 Assistant (BS-15) posts, one Production Assistant (BS-14) post, 25 Stenotypist (BS-14) posts, nine Data Entry Operator (BS-14) posts, 28 Upper Division Clerk (UDC) BS-13 posts and 41 Lower Division Clerk (LDC) BS-11 posts.
The seats have been divided among different provinces and regions, including Islamabad Capital Territory, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and FATA.
