The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that its services at the Madinah office will resume from Sunday, July 12, 2026, for Pakistanis living in Saudi Arabia.
In an important announcement, NADRA said that the services had been suspended during the Hajj season in accordance with directives issued by the Saudi government. With the conclusion of the Hajj season, the office will now resume normal operations.
Pakistani citizens residing in Madinah and nearby areas will once again be able to access NADRA services starting July 12.
Earlier, NADRA had announced that, following instructions from the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah, services at the Madinah office had been suspended from April 12, 2026, for the duration of the Hajj season and would be restored after its completion.
As an alternative arrangement during the suspension, NADRA increased staff at its Jeddah Registration Centre to ensure that a larger number of Pakistani citizens could continue receiving essential services.
NADRA officials also advised Pakistani nationals to contact the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah for further information. During the suspension period, NADRA services remained available through the Pak ID mobile app.
