England’s Jude Bellingham pushed the team towards the World Cup semi-final with a victory over Norway, with two goals in extra-time on Saturday.
The win brought an end to Norway’s stellar World Cup campaign and means that England’s bid for the prestigious World Cup title since 1966 is still alive.
Norway got off to a good start and came out with a surprise goal in the form of Andreas Schjelderup.
However, Bellingham returned to the game just before half-time to turn England’s game around in the hot, humid conditions of Miami.
He caught a pass from Anthony Gordon and went to the penalty area to calmly put the ball in the back of the net and equalised the scores.
They had to wait for the second half to regain the lead after Torbjorn Heggem had scored, but on a video review it was ruled that it was not a goal after Erling Haaland had broken a rule before the goal was scored.

Kristoffer Ajer had the opportunity to score again but his shot hit the crossbar.
The game was tied after 90 minutes, so they went into extra time.
The clinching moment was when Norway keeper Orjan Nyland made a misjudged save on Morgan Rogers’ strike, giving Bellingham the opportunity for a close-range goal.
A further video review then saw England’s penalty null and void.
But in the tough conditions, Haaland, who had netted in all of Norway’s last 14 matches, was replaced in extra-time.
England is now up against Argentina or Switzerland in the semi-finals.
