ISLAMABAD: At Azerbaijan’s victory day celebrations, the Pakistani flag waved proudly , not only on the ground but also in the skies.
During the ceremony, helicopters carried the national flags of Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Türkiye, symbolising the unbreakable friendship among the three brotherly nations.
Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir were given special protocol while the Pakistan Army contingent also participated in the parade.
Addressing the parade ceremony regarding Azerbaijan’s Victory Day, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that that in “Marka-e-Haq”, the world saw Pakistan’s war capabilities and by shooting down seven army aircraft we gave the enemy a befitting response.
PM said that it is a matter of pride for me to participate in the Victory Day ceremony.
“I congratulate the government and people of Azerbaijan on behalf of the people of Pakistan.
He said that Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey have always shown friendship and solidarity, the hearts of Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey beat with each other.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan said that US President Donald Trump played a role in promoting peace around the world. He is grateful to Azerbaijan and Turkey for standing with Pakistan during the Indian aggression
