Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah makes claims against Falak Shabir after he received backlash for calling for a ban on short dresses in public.
In an Instagram story, the actress claimed that Falak made her wear short clothes for a music video, adding that she was “forced” to do romantic scenes with him.
“I have a lot more to say, but I will not because of your wife and daughters. You tried to ruin my image, it’s time you face your own reality”, she said.
Alizeh Shah starred in Falak Shabir’s music video Yaadan in 2021.
Earlier, addressing CM Punjab, Falak said, “As a father of two daughters, I humbly request to Madam CM Maryam Nawaz, please make a law against those who wear short dresses in public places, bazaars, and streets, otherwise we will all be destroyed culturally.”
Following this, the singer faced criticism on social media.
Some social media users questioned whether he currently lives in Pakistan, noting that his wife and Falak are frequently seen holidaying in Europe with their daughters. Others criticised him for sharing a photo of the teenagers on his Insta account.
Later, actress Sarah Khan spoke out and defended her husband.
Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA), Hina Parvez Butt has also criticised him, saying, “If you all just started minding your own business, it would be a huge service to society.”
