Popular religious scholar and YouTuber Allama Nasir Madni suffered a heart attack during his Friday sermon in Jahanian. According to the latest updates, he has been shifted to the Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology in Multan for treatment.

According to the hospital, Allama Nasir Madni is now in stable condition. He was brought to the emergency department a short while earlier after experiencing a medical issue and drowsiness.
Doctors said he is expected to be discharged and sent home after the necessary medical examinations.

According to initial reports, Allama Nasir Madni was delivering a Friday sermon at Masjid Al-Bashir Ahle Hadith in front of Nasko in Jahanian when he suffered a cardiac arrest.
Reports added that upon the heart attack, Maulana Nasir Madni was given CPR by the people present on the spot.

Reports said he recited the Kalima twice before collapsing on the mimber while reciting it for the third time.
DSP Jahanian Malik Abdul Majeed was also reportedly present at the time.

According to reports, he was shifted to a hospital in Multan for treatment due to his condition.
However, the hospital and his family have not issued an official statement on his health as of now.

Previously, Allama Nasir Madni had publicly apologised to actress Momina Iqbal after she sent him a legal notice over remarks she said were defamatory and damaging to her reputation.
Speaking at a public event, Nasir Madni expressed regret for his comments and apologised if his words had hurt Momina Iqbal or her family.
