Popular religious scholar and YouTuber Maulana Nasir Madni suffered a sudden heart attack during the Friday sermon today in Jahanian, after which he was shifted to Multan’s Nishtar Hospital for treatment.
According to reports, Allama Madni was delivering a speech at Masjid Al-Bashir Ahle Hadith in front of Nasko Jahanian when he had a cardiac arrest.
According to the reports, he recited the Kalima twice and fell upon the mimber while reciting it for the third time. Additionally, DSP Jahanian Malik Abdul Majeed was also reportedly present there at the moment.

Allama Nasir Madni is a very well known Islamic scholar and preacher. He has also built a large following through his sermons and religious lectures.
He is especially popular on social media. Many short clips from his speeches and public appearances are usually shared online.
According to media reports, he was sent to a hospital in Multan for treatment due to his condition. However, neither the hospital nor his family has released an official update on his health.
Meanwhile, many social media users have expressed concern over reports of his cardiac arrest. They wished him a speedy recovery.

Previously, Allama Nasir Madni had publicly apologised to actress Momina Iqbal after she sent him a legal notice over remarks she said were defamatory and damaging to her reputation.
Speaking at a public event, Nasir Madni expressed regret for his comments and apologised if his words had hurt Momina Iqbal or her family.
He also appealed to the actress’s sister, who is a lawyer, to help resolve the matter amicably.
The dispute started after Momina Iqbal strongly criticised Nasir Madni for making allegations without evidence.
In a series of social media posts, she questioned his conduct as a religious scholar. She said that making baseless claims that damage a person’s dignity and honour was against Islamic teachings. She also called for accountability over his remarks.
