Applications for the Spring 2027 YES Program are now open, allowing eligible Pakistani high school students to spend a semester in the United States through a fully funded exchange programme. Selected students will attend US high schools and live with American host families, gaining valuable academic and cultural experience.
Selected students will live with American host families and attend local US high schools, gaining exposure to American culture and the education system. The application deadline is September 15, 2026, while the programme is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
Students in Grades 8, 9 and 10, as well as eligible O Level students, can apply, provided they meet the programme’s age, academic, citizenship and other eligibility requirements. Eligible applicants must be 15 to 17 years old. The programme covers the costs associated with participation, making it a fully funded international exchange opportunity for Pakistani students.
Students who have taken a gap year or repeated an academic year are not eligible to apply for the programme. Applicants who have completed or graduated from secondary school before the exchange programme begins are also ineligible to participate.
In addition, candidates must meet all requirements for a J-1 exchange visitor visa. Applicants who have previously travelled to the United States are not eligible for the programme.
