Dr Wadiat Fatima, daughter of Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has cleared the written test of CSS 2026.
The written test conducted was highly competitive one and Dr Wadiat Fatima cleared it, receiving congratulatory messages from social and political personalities, relatives, friends and well-wishers.
Social media users also applauded her for making the feat and cheered for her success.
Dr Wadiat Fatima was congratulated by Education Minister of Punjab, Rana Sikandar Hayat for having cleared the Test.
Rana Sikandar Hayat appreciated the hard work, determination and perseverance of the candidates for their success in one of the toughest competitive examinations of the country.
“The totality of the situation is that Pakistan is in need of talented and committed youngsters and clearing the CSS exam is a new beginning in the service of this country,” Rana Sikandar Hayat added.
Azma Bukhari also said thanks to all those who congratulated her daughter. According to her it was a result of her constant hard work, dedication and determination.
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) received 24,321 applications for the written test for CSS and 17,351 candidates sat for one or more papers.
Only 476 candidates passed the written examination. The overall pass rate was only 2.74 per cent with 239 men and 237 females among the successful candidates.
The candidates who appeared in the written test will now move to the next rounds of CSS Selection Process which include Medical examination, Psychological assessment and Viva voce.
Federal Public Service Commission conducts CSS examination to recruit candidates in all the different occupational groups of the civil services of Pakistan.
